High Street Homes in Walsh Ranch

In the beginning, Brett and Kara Phillips were in the same position as you may be in right now: they were dreaming of a home that would accommodate their way of life, their financial situation, and their personalities. In 2011, a little more than a year after getting married, they designed the first home that would be solely theirs, and they gained a great deal of knowledge in the process. While there are a lot of different things to think about while designing anything, it's easy to become stuck in a decision-making rut. After many projects, lessons, famous customers, and a national home restoration TV pilot, they have refined a point of view and procedure that forms the basis of their work. This point of view and process are the cornerstone of their work.

High Street Homes has a total of four distinct floor designs, each of which may be tailored to one of three distinct lot sizes. These many choices total almost 2,800 altogether.

Brett spent his childhood on the Central Coast of California, which is known for its many wineries and ranch-style homes. Kara spent her childhood in a rural community in Texas, one that places a high priority on tradition and formality. The result of combining their individual histories and aesthetics produced a set of guiding design principles that they continue to adhere to to this day. Never confined to a single style, these characteristics may be seen across each and every High Street Homes creation.
