Our relationship was really brief considering how fast Don and Gena sold our house in a slow market! We were living out of state and came home to Texas to check on our house. We had decided to sell it and our neighbor recommended them. The next day they came over looked at everything was very complimentary about everything but honest about the pricing and market. Gena knew what would be great selling points and Don knew all about the pricing points. They told us what they thought we could get for our house and we just followed their advice. I knew they were hard workers in our neighborhood in Ventana. Big selling point to us is that they knew our neighborhood. We basically turned everything over to them and stayed out of their way. Their brochures and marketing were amazing! I could tell they were having open houses and showing it quite a bit because of the Ring Doorbell system we had. Next thing we knew we got a cash offer for almost the full asking price! If we are ever back in the area needing a realtor we will call them!

Don and Gena are a fantastic team to work with. Their flexibility with our schedule was very helpful and it made our experience feel seamless. We loved that they are so rooted in the community and have a wide knowledge of what life in SW Fort Worth is like. We certainly have Don and Gena locked in our phones.
